When we receive your enrolment details:

We check the availability of your course and accommodation. If we have what you require we will send you a confirmation email which contains payment details. If it is not available we will contact you to offer an alternative.
When we receive payment we will send you a letter of enrolment which will confirm the course and accommodation booking. We will not be able to guarantee either course or accommodation until the payment has been received.
For students requiring a student visitor visa we will send you an email copy of the Letter of enrolment. When you have confirmed the details we will send a hard copy by DHL.
If you are booking accommodation you must inform the school of your arrival time. If you do not do this, we cannot guarantee that you will be able to enter your accommodation on arrival.
