A Homestay is often a great choice if you want to improve your English really quickly. You will have plenty of opportunities to practice your new English language skills with your host family and they will be able to teach you lots of local phrases as well recommend lots of things to see and do. There’s definitely no better way to gain confidence in speaking English than by chatting to the people who live here.
About Dublin Homestays: The host may be a family, couple or single person. As Dublin is a large, multi-cultural city, the families offering homestays come from many ethnic backgrounds, but rest assured that English is always the main language spoken in the house. Homestays are located throughout Dublin, all within easy transport to the city centre via bus, Dart, or Luas.
Rooms are single, double, or twin shared with another student of the same gender. When double rooms are available they can only be booked by couples travelling together. Your room will come with a bed, wardrobe, linen, and a bin. Your hosts will make sure you are comfortable and have everything you need.
