Important information before you arrive

We’re excited that you have chosen The English Studio in Dublin and we hope you are too. To make your enrolment to our school simple and smooth, could you please help us with the following prior to your arrival.

Passports, Flight details & Emergency Contact Details:
In order to process your final letter of acceptance we will need the following information:

• Copy of your Passport or National ID
• Copy of your flight details
• Your full address (city, state and country)
• Emergency Contact Details (someone whom we can contact in case of an emergency while you are at the school)

Please send the information above, as soon as possible to the advisor you have been in contact with or to [email protected] in order to complete your booking.

Students needing a visa to come to Ireland:
If you are coming from a country whose citizens need to be granted a visa before entering Ireland for the purpose of studying, please send us a copy of your visa when you receive it. Please send us an email to [email protected] if you need us to send you a visa application support letter.

Accommodation:
If you booked accommodation we are in the process of checking availability and we will confirm this with you as soon as possible.

Transfers:
If you’d like to book airport transfers please email us at [email protected] and we will be happy to organise this for you.
