Course Overview

This course is best for:

  • Building career development in the construction industry
  • Developing skills both as a candidate and a hirer
  • Putting language to use in a real context with others in the global workforce

The English for Construction course has been purposefully designed to help people both new to the construction industry and those who have been in the industry sometime to enter the construction industry or improve their vocabulary and confidence working in this sector.  This course is designed to help students make progress quickly and combines topics, role-plays and a variety of exercises to provide an engaging, motivating and relevant syllabus.

* A blended course comprising of no less than 15 hours General English and minimum 10 hours English for Construction per week.

* The course is 12 weeks’ long.  The course is divided into three modules.  You can join the course at the beginning of any of the three modules.

This course aims to:

  • improve your communication skills at work and your English knowledge in key areas of Construction.
  • raise your General English level by one CEFR level
  • work on career enhancement through interview practice and applications
  • connect you with other professionals in Construction

Entry Level: Intermediate+ (CEFR B1-B2)
