“ I took up teaching in 2009. Having worked for years on scientific publications, I needed a job dealing with people rather than dense academic research. I've taught learners from almost every corner of the globe, helping them to adjust to the peculiarities of life in Ireland. I went to Buenos Aires to finish my DELTA and now I'm back in Dublin helping others set out on the same journey on the Trinity Cert. TESOL. ”
- Liam Tyrrell
“ I started teaching in Spain, where I had gone to perfect the language and do some research in renaissance literature and ended up staying for three years before coming back to Dublin to work in course design and academic management. I set up my first teacher training programme in 2004 and worked with English Studio Dublin to set up the city's first Trinity Cert. TESOL in 2015. ”
