This comprises of information you give us when registering for our newsletters, contacting us through our Live Chat function, completing a contact form, booking a course and other related services, participating in survey, competition or promotion.
We collect the following data categories: full name, date of birth, nationality, contact details, course information, medical conditions, information to bio-metrically identify an individual (such as passport and visa documentation for immigration and taxation purposes), National Insurance Number (to show an individual’s eligibility to work) and financial processing information (bank details and transaction history). Further details may be asked for depending on extra service at the time of booking.
